The BITURBO test gives you the chance to test and keep our high-performance BITURBO tools for absolutely free – as long as you post a video about it.

We'll keep you updated via mail. You will receive an email within 15 weeks from the submission of application latest informing you if you will be able to participate in the BITURBO Test. As only a limited number of tools are available for the promotion, we unfortunately cannot take all received applications into consideration. We hope for your understanding!

Our selection criteria is simple: Make sure you fill in all sections of the registration form. Give us a persuasive answer to the question: "Why would you like to join the BITURBO test?"

You're a tradesperson: So show us that you are a true professional and create a video inspired by your daily work. We're not looking for a sales pitch, we're looking for an expert review. Choose a true test scenario and make it insightful. To help you out, here is a list of pro tips for your video.

Please make sure you meet the deadline for your video! After receiving your package, you have exactly 4 weeks to post your video online and share the link(s) with us. We consider the day the package is delivered as day 1 and the video submission deadline is exactly 28 days later, no matter if the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday. For example: If you receive your package on Monday 25th September 2023, your deadline is Sunday 22nd October 2023.

Please note the terms of participation and the data protection notice. In particular, third parties must not be filmed without their consent.

You are only allowed to use licence- and royalty-free music. We recommend using Google to find suitable music by searching under licence-free and royalty-free music.

1. Post the video to your social media channel(s) within 4 weeks of receiving the package*:

• Use these hashtags so all participants can see your video:
  #BITURBOtest
  #boschprofessional
• Make sure your accounts are set to public so that your videos are viewable.
• Clearly mark your video and/or post as an "advertisement" or "promotional video"

2. Tell us where you‘ve posted! Within 4 weeks of receiving the tool, you must use the link provided in our email to share your video with us.

* The guidelines of the respective platform provider must be strictly observed. If the participant does not comply with these regulations and Bosch becomes aware of this, the participant shall be obliged to delete the posting immediately at the request of Bosch. Bosch shall also be entitled to exclude the participant from the promotion. When making the video, data protection regulations must also be observed. In particular, third parties must not be filmed without their consent.

We'll check if your video meets all the criteria mentioned in our terms of participation. If this is the case, you can keep the tool free of charge! Important: Please make sure you use the exact link provided in our email to share your video with us.

There is currently no automated status tracking for applications as we process each one individually. However, we will definitely inform you of any major updates via email in a timely manner.

You can withdraw your participation at any time. Simply send us an email at customerservice.pt@au.bosch.com with the subject line "BITURBO TEST" and explain the situation. We would be happy to assist you.

If you don't submit a video, you're free to test the BITURBO tool for 4 weeks, after which you can return the BITURBO tool to us free-of-charge. Please contact us at customerservice.pt@au.bosch.com with the subject line "BITURBO TEST" to coordinate the return of your tool.

You are expected to follow the recommended safety requirements in full as described in the tool’s user manual. The user manual is included with the tool that will be sent to you.

DO:

• Be honest and insightful: We‘re not looking for a sales pitch, we‘re looking for an expert review by a professional tradesperson. Choose a true test scenario and make it insightful: What do you like about BITURBO? How does it make hard work easier?
• Show the best angles:Make sure viewers can clearly see your test up close in the video.
• Use the right format & licence-free music: Video length should be between 30 seconds and 5 minutes. If you use music, please make sure it is royalty-free.
• Use good lighting & sound: Make sure you and the tool are clearly visible. Do a sound-check before filming. A good location can make all the difference!
• Use a tripod (or cameraperson): Filming yourself is amateurish at best, and dangerous at worst! Ask a buddy to do the filming for you.
• Show tools on their "sunny" side: Viewers should be able to see the Bosch logo and model name.

DON‘T

• … forget to wear your safety gear on film. PROs put safety first. Plus: It‘s a legal thing.
• … multi-task while filming. Only talk to the camera before or after using the tool. It‘s safer for you and this way the noise of the tool won‘t prevent viewers from hearing what you have to say.
• ... film third-parties without their consent or let third-parties handle the tool.
• … show tools from other power tool brands in your video.
