Assets from Bosch Professional and other manufacturers can be added to the asset list by manually entering the asset data (brand, product number/name, optionally category and serial number).
Bosch Professional assets can be added to the asset list via type plate scan. To do this, the type plate of the asset must be scanned with the smartphone camera via the PRO360 mobile app. The asset data is automatically captured and the asset is added to the asset list.
Several assets from Bosch Professional and other manufacturers can be added to the asset list at once by uploading an inventory list. To do this, a list template must first be downloaded from PRO360, into which the asset data is then inserted. By uploading the list in the desktop version of PRO360, the assets with associated asset data are added to the asset list.
For Bosch Professional tools, batteries and chargers, the guarantee period can be extended to 3 years in just a few steps in PRO360. The guarantee certificate is saved in the app so that it can be downloaded in the event of a guarantee claim.
Asset lists created by the dealer can be shared with the owner of the assets in just a few steps. The assets registered by the dealer can then also be viewed and managed at the customer's account. The prerequisite is that the customer has a PRO360 account.
Employees with a PRO360 account can be added to a company account. This allows them to view asset lists and make changes based on their assigned role.
Individual locations, such as construction sites, can be added to the assets during the registration process as well as afterwards and changed at any time. Assets can be found via the location using the search function.
Assets can be assigned to an employee in a company account. This makes it possible to see at any time which employee is using or managing which asset. Assets can be accessed via the assigned employees using the search function.
Individual notes can be added to the assets during the registration process as well as afterwards and can be changed at any time.
The assets are automatically assigned an inventory number during the registration process. This number can also be customized individually. Assets can found via the assigned inventory number using the search function.
The invoice for the assets can be uploaded during the registration process as well as afterwards (in JPEG, PNG and PDF, max. 10 MB). In case of guarantee or service, all required documents are stored in one place.
An availability status can be set manually for the assets (available, taken, in repair, broken, stolen, unknown).
On the asset detail pages, the official spare parts for the asset can be viewed and obtained via the linked spare parts shop.
Tasks can be created for the assets, such as cleaning the assets with a deadline, and reminders can be set up, which can also be repeated on individually defined dates. The creation and editing is done in a few steps via the PRO360 Desktopversion.

PRO360 is a free portal for numerous services from Bosch Professional. Registration enables you to benefit from all current and future services, e.g. the free extension of your tool warranty from 2 year to 6 years. Either dealers can do this for their customers or trade businesses can do it themselves.
After registration for the Bosch ID, you can log in on the PRO360 Login page. During the registration, you will be asked to create a personal user profile for PRO360.
The Bosch ID is the key to all Bosch applications. Now you only need a user name and a password to log in for all applications of Bosch.IO GmbH. Here, you can create your own Bosch ID and use it to start up at PRO360.
Only one Bosch ID can be registered per e-mail address. If you no longer know the password to your Bosch ID, you can reset it on the Login page.
Your previous account on the old platform remains as it is. You can still call up your customer, tool and service data there.
You can request the transfer of your customer, tool and service data to PRO360 on the old platform.In your old account, go to the menu item "Data transfer to PRO360". Here, you can send us your request. Important: Before you can request the transfer, you have to create a PRO360 Account for yourself. You have to enter the Bosch ID (registered e-mail address at PRO360) for confirmation.
PRO360 is used to extend the warranty period for Bosch Professional (Blue) Products. To extend the warranty period for your Home and Garden Power Products you will need to register them at MyBosch. PLease note, both MyBosch and PRO360 require the same Bosch ID to access the platform.
Company customers can be created in the customer overview via "Add company". This overview can be found in the mobile app at the top left behind the Home symbol. Then tools can be created for customers, their warranty extended and Full Service registered.
If the nameplate is not detected, e.g. due to poor legibility or light conditions, you have an option for entering the tool data manually. To do this, switch to the manual registration process and follow the instructions in the app.
This can happen in rare cases. In this case, create the tool via the manual registration process by following the instructions in the app. For the warranty extension, you have to contact Customer Support and state the product and serial number as well as the purchase date of the tool.
The warranty extension is granted by Bosch Power Tools after tool registration in PRO360 by stating all tool data within 4 weeks after tool purchase. If registration is unsuccessful, then check whether all necessary tool data (product number and serial number; with chargers: production date) is specified and the purchase date is not more than 4 weeks away from the registration date. For further help, contact Customer Support.
The offer applies to all professional blue power tools and measuring tools, as well as all associated batteries and chargers from Bosch. High-frequency tools and standard accessories are not included. You can register tools from our DIY area ("Bosch Green") under MyBosch and also extend the warranty runtime there.
In order to extend the warranty period, tools must be registered within 4 week of purchase. If you have further questions, please contact Customer Support.
In this case, all data related to this tool in PRO360 is deleted. You have the option, however, to add the tool back to your tool list at any time. Warranty claims for this tool remain unchanged as a separate warranty contract with Bosch Power Tools. For a transfer of warranty claims to third parties (e.g. in case of resale), please contact our Customer Support.

The camera scan function of the PRO360 App was developed for smartphones produced after 2014. Older models may have difficulties with the scan function. Other functions, e.g. the manual tool registration, have no technical prerequisites.
No additional software has to be installed on the PC or laptop. PRO360 is thus available from any PC with a functioning internet connection via a browser. To use the mobile app with the scan function on the smartphone, you have to download the PRO360 App in the App Store OrPlaystore.
At present, only one PRO360 access can be created for one company. This means that all employees who wish to work in PRO360 have to log in via this company access. We are already working on an option whereby other employees can be created in a separate company account.
PRO360 is a platform that can be used by dealers, craft businesses and private persons. To ensure that all user groups have access to the functions relevant to their application areas, we distinguish between dealers, enterprises and private persons.
You can request the transfer of your tool data to PRO360 on the old platform. In your old account, go to the menu item "Data transfer to PRO360". Here, you can send us your request.
Important: Before you can request the transfer, you have to create a PRO360 Account for yourself. You have to enter the Bosch ID for confirmation.
1. You have created a Bosch ID.
2. You have used your Bosch ID to log in to PRO360 at least once and have created a complete user profile.
Your PRO360 user profile is complete if you have entered all of your user data and initially see an empty tool list in your PRO360 Account.
If both requirements have been met, you can request the data transfer in the old portal by stating your Bosch ID.
First search in your inbox for our sender "mailgenerator.3YW@bosch.co" and also check your spam folder.
The confirmation e-mail is sent to the address that you specified in the old portal for the data transfer. If the e-mail has not arrived, then you might have made a small typing error. In this case, request the data transfer again and make sure the e-mail address is written correctly."
The requirement for the link to work is that you are logged in to the old portal while you click on the link. Therefore, log in to the old portal and then click on the link or copy it from the e-mail into the address line of your browser.
It is important that you use the same browser (e.g. Firefox or Chrome) for the login in the old portal and to open the link.
The date transfer to PRO360 takes place every night in the order that the requests were received. If many requests accumulate, it may take a few workdays to complete.

First check whether you meet all of the requirements for the data transfer: "Which requirements do I have to meet to request the data transfer to PRO360?"
If you meet the requirements, check whether you have activated the confirmation link in the e-mail correctly and completely: "The link in the confirmation e-mail did not lead to a success message that the data transfer was requested."
If the data transfer does not take place 2-3 workdays after the above requirements are met, then please contact our Customer Support.
If tools are created twice in the old portal (same product-serial number combination), then they are only transferred once to PRO360. If, in addition, tools are missing in PRO360 after the data transfer, please contact our Customer Support.
In this case, please request the data transfer once again in the old portal and specify your desired e-mail address / Bosch ID. A subsequent adaptation via Customer Support is unfortunately not possible.
The link "Forgotten your password?" can be found on the Login page. The password can be reset by entering your e-mail address.
PRO360 is a free application that does not require official termination. If you wish to delete your PRO360 access and thus all data that was entered there, then inform us of this in a brief e-mail customerservice.pt@au.bosch.com.

Access to data in your PRO360 account is only possible after input of your access data. Save this data is a safe place and do not pass it on to third parties. At no time will we ask you for your password.
The tool and warranty data is saved centrally at Bosch and is at your disposal. This data serves as verification in case of a warranty claim. In addition, your data is used for information purposes, e.g. the Bosch Newsletter. You can find further information on this subject in the PRO360 Data Protection Rules.
The data is stored on servers in the EU. Our server operator is contractually obliged to observe European data protection standards.
