Online spare parts service: The perfect fit

Spare parts are the essential parts of a power tool. They are basic equipment, without which it would not be possible to operate the tool. Spare parts include toothed belts, screws, yokes and carbon brush sets.

Accessories are function-enhancing attachments or add-ons, without which a power tool still operates normally, and include saw blades, cases, auxiliary handles, sanding paper and drill bits.

Please visit our online Spare Parts shop. Here you can view exploded diagrams and part listings for our tools. Simply enter the product model or baretool number into the catalogue search field. Exact model details can be found on the products name plate.

There is a possibility that your spare part is part of a larger assembly.

If this is the case, there is only the possibility to order the entire assembly.

Alternatively, the part in question may actually be an accessory. You can find our accessories catalogue here.

Spare parts are designed specific to each product, however on occasion they can fit multiple models. Please always check the nameplate for exact product information when searching for spare parts.

You can purchase Bosch spare parts either through our online spare parts shop (Australia only) or at any of our Bosch authorised dealers.

- Standard Delivery: delivery within five working days

Note. A signature is required upon delivery. If there is no one home at the time of delivery we will delivery to a drop off point for you to collect when convenient.

Tracking your shipment is easy! Your tax invoice will be emailed to you once your order has left our warehouse. On the invoice you will find the consignment number for your shipment ( e.g. A7DZ19157007 ).

Simply use that number to track your shipment via StarTrack.

Bosch Power Tools can be repaired at any of our Authorised Service centres. Please check our dealer locator for details.

Please return your complete tool (with batteries and chargers if applicable) along with your receipt to either the place of purchase or any Authorised Bosch Service Dealer to arrange a repair. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service hotline to arrange collection and delivery to an authorised service centre.

Repair turnaround times may differ depending on the Service location, however we aim to have your tool repaired within 5 working days (excluding freight to and from repair centre).

Shipping costs are free for tools being repaired for manufacturing defects within the warranty period. This does not include general maintenance repairs like a scheduled service.

Tools no longer covered under warranty can still be repaired at any of our authorised service locations. Simply drop your tool in and a cost estimate will be presented before any repairs take place, where you will have the option to either accept or reject the repair.

If you do not want your tool to be repaired you can select to either have the tool recycled or have the tool returned to you. Please note that a diagnostic and return fee may apply.
