X-LOCK Technology:
Earlier this year, Bosch Professional Power Tools & Accessories introduced the quick-change angle grinder system, with snap-in mounting facilitated through the X-shaped interface on both the accessories and grinder tool. Since the introduction, X-LOCK has revolutionised the changing system for grinders by easily, safely and quickly cutting down accessory-change time with just one click and reducing the need to handle hot discs.
X-LOCK enables ‘X-TRA fast’ tool-less quick change allowing up to 5x faster accessory change, compared to conventional grinder systems. It is ‘X-TRA safe’ as the accessories cannot be incorrectly mounted, the element of losing locking nuts is removed, decreased drop hazard from height, and as mentioned earlier there is no need to touch hot discs during change-over. X-LOCK also has ‘X-TRA easy’ advantages with (most) backwards compatible accessories and an uncomplicated fitting system that doesn’t need further explanation!

What is Prisma Technology?
The optimal triangular shape of the Bosch Prisma Technology grain enables a clean cutting action, delivering the fastest stock removal and heat-reduced grinding, which ultimately increases the disc lifetime. Conventional Aluminium Oxide (crushed) grain technology used in the make of standard grinding accessories, have irregular grain shapes which often result in a “ploughing” action and generates unwanted heat when grinding.

This disc is a safe and quick way to remove rust and paint easily from metal, wood, plastic or fibre surfaces without damaging the base structure. Thanks to the open and soft non-woven structure Cleaning Disc N377 continues to work all the way down to the backing plate.
