Prevention is better than a cure: Maintaining your power tools in good time prevents disruptions to work, and measuring accuracy is essential when using lasers, laser measures and levellers. You can order repair, maintenance and calibration with the online repair form. Plus we can recycle your old tools – sustainability is important to Bosch.

Your power tools can have very long service lives and always function perfectly – if they are maintained well and reliably in good time. Our customer service is happy to do this for you – simply fill in the online repair form. Please enter the keyword "Maintenance" in the "Remarks on order" field. And in the fourth section, please select the "Without warranty" button so that you will receive a quote by email.

Calibration service: Checks and optimises measuring accuracy.

Calibration service: Measure more accurately

Your lasers, levellers and laser measures should remain precise and reliable for a long time. We'll clean and inspect your tool in our measuring lab. If necessary, we'll calibrate your measuring tool so that you can continue working precisely. In addition, you'll receive documentation of all measured values as well as a testing certificate. Simply fill out the online repair order form and enter the keyword "Calibration" in the "Remarks on order" field. In the fourth section, please select the "Without warranty" button so that you will receive a quote by email.

Recycling service

Is the disposal of old tools, batteries and rechargeable batteries free of charge?

Yes, disposal is free of charge. Batteries and rechargeable batteries, amongst other things, can be recycled in all GRS containers (manufacturer's own return system). Old tools can be handed in to your Bosch specialist retailer.

Are tools, batteries and rechargeable batteries registered by Bosch?

Tools, as well as batteries and rechargeable batteries are registered by Bosch. The WEEE number (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) is: DE-87857082. The registration number for batteries and rechargeable batteries is 21001568.

Calibration service

How long does calibration take?

At Bosch Power Tools, we have recourse to a comprehensive logistics network and optimally organised service processes.

The same rules for a repair apply to the calibration service, which means that the user can normally expect to have the tool back after five days at the latest.

How much does it cost to have my tools calibrated?

The current prices can be found in our calibration service brochure.

Can the calibration service be used for all brands of Bosch Power Tools?

The Bosch calibration service is available for all brands. Upon agreement, we can calibrate not only our own brand of tools, i.e. "Bosch" and "CST Berger", but also all other brands.
