Inserting/changing the lithium-ion battery pack (accessory)

  1. Remove the test leads ((14)/(13)).
  2. Unscrew the two screws (15) on the battery compartment cover (16) and remove the cover.
  3. Unscrew the locking mechanism (18) in the battery compartment cover by approx. 1/2 revolution and remove the inlay (17).
  4. Insert the lithium-ion battery pack (19) (accessory) and re-tighten the locking mechanism (18) by approx. 1/2 revolution.
  5. Insert the battery compartment cover together with the lithium-ion battery pack (19) and secure the cover with the 2 screws (15).
  6. To remove the lithium-ion battery pack (19) (accessory), unscrew the two screws (15) on the battery compartment cover (16) and open the locking mechanism (18). Remove the lithium-ion battery pack .
The measuring tool can only be switched on if the battery compartment cover (16) is screwed down correctly.
